    Great video, Luca! I'm especially interested in the "power breathing" aspect during exercise. Could this technique be applied to other exercises such as burpees, jumping jacks, etc? If so, how?

    • @HardstyleKettlebellPro
      @HardstyleKettlebellPro 2 часа назад

      Hi Andy, for exercises like Jumping Jacks and Burpees that do not require the same level of tension as strength exercises, use a rhythmical breathing cadence that matches the movement. Learn to breathe in or out in the phases of each exercises.

    Great cues, tips & hints!! One thing I think you missed, and could have added, is told the viewers where on the chest to touch the ground...cuz there are a few variations, all with their own pros & cons, but I think beginners could do well with the standard inter-nipple-line ground touch... But, all in all, an awesome video!

      I think because it is starting from the top of the snatch instead of the top of the clean. So from extended position is Viking and from rack is regular. Just guessing though

    Great exercice! I also enjoy, for a few weeks now, a related complex: The 3^2x3 complex! (with one 32k and two 14k bells): 3 dead lifts (single bell), 3 swings, 3 cleans, 3 overhead shoulder presses, 3 squats, 3 push ups on kettlebells, 3 lunges, 3 seesaw rows, 3 squat bicep curl by horn (single bell) for 3 rounds, thrice a week. Fun.

    Greetings, Luka. I am limited for some reason to only one 24 kg kettlebell. How would you recommend progressing with the AXE when I'm confidently doing 6 reps for 40 min. I'm not interested in snach, only swing. Go down to 20 min. with 7 reps and increase to 30 min, then 8 and so on to 10 reps for 30 min? Will these adaptations be part of AXE or something else? Or start with dead stop swings? 3 repetitions for 20 min., build up to 30 min. And then reach 5 dead stop swings for 30 minutes. Any suggestions welcome? Thank you!

    • @HardstyleKettlebellPro
      @HardstyleKettlebellPro 11 дней назад

      Hi Sergi, the suggestions with reps increasing are valid. However they are not AXE anymore after surpassing 6 reps. No matter, you can still progress with 24kg!
